I had a somewhat mixed experience at the Best Western Plus Welcome Hotel Frankfurt. The hotel was clean and offered a cozy environment, which I appreciated. however, the service left much to be desired. While the location is quite convenient for accessing the Messe, I found the inability to dine in the bistro late in the evening very disappointing. Overall, the experience was decent, but it could be improved significantly.
